All Weddings in the Garden Pavilion require a *50% non-refundable deposit at the time you make your reservation with the balance paid 2 weeks before the wedding. (*Except 10 guests or less, full payment is due at time of reservation.) You may add guests to your wedding party anytime, simply tell us how many and pay the additional charge. There are NO refunds for less guests than expected. IF YOU WANT TO CHANGE HERE, YOU MUST BOOK THE CHANGING ROOM, NO EXCEPTIONS.

IF YOU PLAN ON PAYING YOUR DEPOSIT BY CREDIT CARD OVER THE PHONE, OR BY CHECK OR MONEY ORDER, PLEASE PRINT OUT OUR WEDDING SERVICES CONTRACT, FILL IN THE DESIGNATED AREAS, SIGN AND MAIL IT TO US.

WALK-INS MAY ALSO CHOOSE TO BE MARRIED IN THE FORMAL OR GARDEN CHAPELS WITH 20 OR LESS GUESTS MONDAY-THURSDAY 10-5:00. NO APPOINTMENT NEEDED.

You may reschedule your wedding once due to rain with no penalty or choose to use our formal chapel. There are no refunds for rain or change of chapels due to weather. (If you choose to reschedule a second time, there is a $100.00 fee charged at the time you reschedule.)

Cancellation of weddings require a 2-week notice and will result in refund of any monies over the 50% deposit fee. Any cancellations under the 2-week notice will receive NO REFUND of any monies. (We will reschedule for you at no cost with a 2 week notice.) See our terms of service.

Your family members may take pictures during and after the ceremony as long as you adhere to the time constraints of your reservation. Please read our garden rules.

You may ONLY drop live petals outside. NO SILK PETALS IN THE GARDEN! PLEASE, NO RICE, CONFETTI OR BIRDSEED...BUBBLES ONLY.

Children under one year are not included in the guest count. All guest counts includes attendants.
YOU MAY NOT BRING ADDITIONAL GUESTS AND HAVE THEM WAIT IN OUR PARKING LOT.

Our DVD's are shot with a sony studio camera and wireless microphone, we record on high definintion tape and transfer to DVD on the spot. We guarantee that our DVD's will play on your system. If you have problems, we will replace your DVD at no additional charge. And you can order copies for your family for only $20.00 each.

Additional services available: Unity Candle Ceremony $15.00 (does not include candles, we have a nice selection for $26-41.00 including tapers), Sand Ceremony $15.00 (does not include sand or vases), Family Ceremony, Mary's Vows, add $15.00. Rose Ceremony add $20.00 (includes roses), Buddhist Ceremony add $25.00 and for vows you have written yourself add $25.00, Commitment ceremony add $10.00 for certificate.

We are Closed Thanksgiving day, Christmas day, New Years day, Memorial Day, 4th of July (unless it falls on a Friday or Saturday) & Labor Day. We are open with normal pricing on all other National holidays (walk-ins Monday-Thursday)
