In contracting with Weddings R Us LLC, to perform our wedding we accept and agree to the following:

We understand that we are responsible for being on time and that if we are late (30 minutes formal or garden, 15 minutes elopement chapel) Weddings R Us LLC reserves the right to cancel our wedding without reimbursement of any funds. (If we re-schedule we will be held responsible for all applicable ceremony fees, plus photographer/videographer fees.)

The services that we have purchased are:

All ceremonies over 10 guests require a 50% non-refundable deposit by cash or credit card at the time of your reservation. Balance to be paid 2 weeks before your wedding. If your balance due is over 3 days late, we reserve the right to charge a 15% late fee. For weddings with less than 2 week advance notice a 100% non-refundable deposit is required. Ceremonies of 6-10 guests require full payment at time of reservation.

Any cancellations of a wedding with less than a 2 week notice will result in no refund of any monies. We will reschedule your wedding once at no cost (wedding to be performed within 6 months from time of original wedding date). Cancellations with a 2-week or longer notice will result in a forfeit of the deposit only.

You may add guests to your wedding party anytime, simply tell us how many and pay the additional charge. There are NO refunds for less guests than expected.

Time booked in our chapels includes the time for you to get your guests parked and seated, your ceremony performed and your guests out of the driveway.

We love having your children attend our ceremonies, but they must remain seated and be under adult supervision at all times.

Weddings R Us, LLC will not be held liable for any claims, losses, injuries or damages incurred during the course of your wedding.
