Café Creekside LLC Terms of Service/Contract for rental of facility

1. If you choose to decorate the facility yourself, Café Creekside is not responsible for providing you with extension cords, ladders, tape, or any help. The restaurant staff is not to be bothered while they are working.
   a. All decorations will be put up and removed without damage to walls or tables. (You may use tape or the hooks already in the walls, NO tacks, nails or other invasive hooks.)
   b. All decorations must be removed after your party and bagged for the cleaning crew.
   
2. If you choose to provide your own food or caterer Café Creekside is not responsible for providing you with ice, serving utensils, cups, plates, or any other items for your reception.
   a. You or your caterer may NOT move the banquet tables, and you or your caterer must clean up any and all dishes that you/they bring. Everything you bring in must be bagged and taken to the dumpster when you are through. You may not leave anything in the banquet room that was not there when you came in.
   b. You are entitled to use of the chafing dishes and sterno, you must bring your hot food in aluminum pans, you may not place food directly in the chafing dishes (add water to the chafing dish, place your aluminum dish on top of the water).
   c. You may NOT ask for any help from the Café Creekside staff in setting up your food items. You are renting the space only.
   d. You are financially responsible for any damage to the room or chafing dishes.
