Weddings R Us, LLC terms of service elopement chapel:

Ceremonies in our elopement chapel require full payment at time you make your reservation and there are no refunds for cancellations. We will reschedule your wedding once at no cost (wedding to be performed within 6 months from date of original wedding) with a 2 week or longer notice. Once you have booked a package or our photographic services, you are responsible for paying for those services whether you use them or not.

You are responsible for being on time and that if you are 15 minutes late, Weddings R Us LLC reserves the right to cancel your wedding without reimbursement of any funds. If you are late and we have time to do a quick ceremony, we reserve the right to charge a late fee of $50.00. If we don’t have time to perform your ceremony, you will have to reschedule and pay for another ceremony. You are responsible for all fees for photography and any other services that you reserved and they will not be carried over to the rescheduled ceremony.

Time booked in our chapels includes the time for you to get your guests parked and seated, your ceremony performed and your guests out of the driveway. PLEASE DO NOT HAVE YOUR GUESTS SHOW UP 30 MINUTES EARLY.

Your reserved time is for 20 minutes only. We apologize, but you may congregate in the driveway after your wedding only if you are within your booked time frame; we schedule our weddings with just enough time between them for your ceremony and photos.

We love having your children attend our ceremonies, but they must remain seated and be under adult supervision at all times.

Weddings R Us, LLC will not be held liable for any claims, losses, injuries or damages incurred during the course of your wedding.
