By signing this contract, I ___________________________ agree to the following terms:
1. Gown will be returned in the same condition that it was given to me, with the exception of expected slight wear (Includes dust/dirt on underside of hem and train and slight perspiration only.)

1. 
   Severe hem stains (like motor oil, blood, food) and any bodice stains or front of garment stains will result in a hold of the deposit until the garment is returned from the dry cleaners.
2. 
   Any rips, tears or damage to the gown will result in a hold of the deposit until the gown is repaired.
3. 
   Should the damage be so severe that the gown can not be cleaned or repaired to its original state, the full retail price of the gown will be charged to the responsible party.

2. The rental period is for 24 hours, I understand that I am responsible for return of the gown within this period. I must notify Weddings R Us if I am going to extend the rental time period before the 24-hour rental time is up.

3. If I fail to return the gown within the allotted time period, I understand that I will be charged the rental fee on a per day basis. This charge will continue until the gown is returned.

4. Should I fail to return the gown after one week, I will forfeit my deposit and be charged rental fees up to a week (7 x the rental fee) plus the cleaning fee. (deposit + 7x rental fee + cleaning fee) These charges will be applied to my credit card. (Gown will be written off as a theft and not returnable.)

5. Should I fail to return the gown and my credit card not have enough available credit to cover the above fees, I will be prosecuted for credit card fraud and grand larceny.

I understand that this contract is legal and binding and I accept all conditions and terms of this agreement.
